Toxic and Unhealthy Relationship Recovery


Unhealthy, toxic, or controlling relationships can leave deep emotional imprints, often affecting self-worth, identity, and long-term mental health.

These effects don’t always show up immediately, but can manifest over time through anxiety,

low self-esteem, people-pleasing, or difficulty trusting yourself or others.

We often see that maladaptive coping strategies, once essential for survival,

can continue to play out long after the relationship ends.

A multi-disciplinary approach is key to healing. I use trauma-informed,

person-centred support, combined with psychological tools, cognitive behavioural therapy,

and techniques to understand and shift triggers and patterns.

Many of these tools also help transform how you relate to others and yourself.

I draw on a broad base of experience and academic training to give you practical resources to help you rebuild, restructure, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

From 30 minutes a month upwards, wherever you are on your journey, I am here to help and support you.

Packages are for 6 months and payable in advance by Direct Debit or Subscription. At the end of each 6 month period, we will review your needs and discuss your options. You can cancel anytime within the month timeframe of your payment date.

*Office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am until 5.00 pm. If appropriate, I may respond outside of these hours at no extra cost to you. If you’d like to talk to me first about what package would suit you best, book a time here.
