Overview

I use a combination of NLP, Eriksonian and conversational hypnotherapy, Timeline therapy, Parts integration, Somatic wholeness and inner child work, as well as Integral Eye Movement Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Nutrition and Naturopathic principles.

The areas I typically work with include

  • Toxic relationship recovery

  • Trauma recovery

  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Digestion and IBS symptoms

  • Chronic pain or fatigue

  • Limiting beliefs

  • Low self-confidence

  • Some autoimmune conditions, such as Raynaud’s and Psoriasis

  • Phobias and fear

Change can take place in just one session, although I typically recommend three to six sessions for lasting change.

I offer well-being coaching and packages for continued or longer-term support.

Neuro-linguistic Programming

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is an extremely effective way of making lasting, rapid changes in your life.

It focuses on how the present and the future can be different rather than spending too much time asking why we have issues and dragging up the past, so it makes change an intriguing, often fun and quick process.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy that uses the power of suggestion to encourage positive change.

I use relaxation techniques to help clients reach a state where the conscious part of the mind is relaxed and the subconscious part is more open to suggestion.

This enables clients to use their own resources deep within to help make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.

Life Coaching

Coaching is a developmental process that involves a partnership between a coach and an individual or group.

The goal of coaching is to help the participant reach their personal or professional goals by building skills and behaviours, and providing guidance and training.

Coaching can help people improve their self-confidence, communication skills, and ability to work with others.

Everyone close to me has noticed a big change in my personality. I am mentally at peace with knowing....you have no power over others actions or thoughts towards you. I am extremely happy with who I am.
